Conni Mallchok has been in private practice as an Awareness Life Coach for the past 12 years.
She is a practitioner of Quantum Energy Medicine and Pranic Healing. She has a dedicated spiritual practice focused on increasing awareness throughout the body, mind, and spirit. Her interest in developing a deeper connection to the energies of the inner and outer environments is a central component of her practice and guidance.
Conni taught meditation for many years and works with her clients to form a direct clear connection to Self, available through increasing physical, emotional, and spiritual awareness. She uses breath as a tool to move towards a graceful, balanced alignment that harmonizes the vibration of the spirit, focuses the breath, and allows for the fullest expression of one’s authentic self.

Dr. Or entered the world of energy medicine at 18. After studying and fine-tuning her skills for six years, she opened her private practice as an energy intuitive. Three years later she began her PhD studies in Natural Medicine where she took a deeper dive into women’s health and wellbeing. Over the years, Dr. Or has seen the huge potential for healing the physical body by focusing on the energetic and spiritual bodies first.
Dr. Or enjoys working with clients 1:1 as well as in group settings. Her work in energy medicine ranges from non-local distant healing, to guiding clients to do their own energy work and facilitating workshops with the focus on the female body. She is passionate about empowering people to get to know their biological truths. She does so by teaching, sharing, and allowing her clients the space to explore their own knowing.
