Couple's Workshop: on Energy, Healing & Rebuilding your Relationship
In every relationship, energy flows — sometimes it’s harmonious, sometimes it’s blocked. Whether you’ve been fighting & are exhausted from what feels like miscommunication or lack of support, are preparing to conceive (or having fertility issues), feeling broken or split after a big life change (death or birth), looking to enhance trust, intimacy & communication: mostly if you’re feeling unheard or unseen within the relationship, we will tune into your needs & discover some ways to address that.
In this workshop we will explore how energy impacts your connection, how it can get disrupted, and most importantly, how to restore it. We’ll cover communication disconnects as viewed from the female & male brains & help you get to the core of your deepest needs as a couple: to be respected & cherished.

Intuitive Heart Group Work: Energy Healing Sessions
Group sessions to heal, learn & connect with other Empaths & Intuitives who have been living with ESD & are ready to work through & be guided in healing.
In our sessions, we’ll work on achieving greater clarity, increasing our awareness of our conscious & unconscious energy patterns, which directly affect our ability to connect authentically.
You’ll gain new tools to protect your body, mind & spirit while still being able to engage with others, without getting sick or losing our balance.
