Energy Medicine is a practice that focuses on the body’s subtle energy fields, chakras & auric fields. Using visualizations you’ll be guided into your energy & subtle body to let go of pain, anxiety & discomfort & allow ease, joy & movement back into your being.
When our body’s flow is in balance we are in balance and we experience profound psychological and physical benefits.
Some topics we’ll cover & dive deeply into:
- relationships & sacred contracts
- chornic or in-curable issues
- increasing connection to others & divine channels
- working energetically with auric fields as part of your protection & ability to be with yourself & others
What are the 5 energy bodies?
Physical: bones, muscles, nerves, organs.. where we spend 90% of our focus, actually in charge of just 2% of our reality.
Vital: chakras, meridians & auric fields. In charge of 10% of our reality.
Mental: our thoughts, ideas, our mind, some beliefs in charge of 5% of our reality.
Supramental: the collective unconscious, archetypes, past lives, sacred contracts, generational beliefs. 40% of our reality!
Bliss: Our connection with something bigger than ourselves; God, Divinity, Higher Power, Nature… 43% of our reality.
What should I bring with me?
Water, a mat to sit on & maybe a journal.
How long will this group be?
Our group is scheduled for an hour. If we need more time to wrap up we may go a bit over.
What previous experience do I need?
Whatever your previous experience is in the healing space is fine– I meet you where you are. If something is new I’ll explain it, if something is too familiar, we’ll explore further… keep in mind that since this is a group class, the work will be more generalized than it is when working 1:1.
How Often will we meet?
Dates are changing over the summer. We will resume regular meetings in the fall.
How does Payment work?
Each class is $35. Payments can be made via Venmo, Zelle or cash.
